Battery and component warranty

LFP battery - 2 years

The lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery in every Ladegrid kit carries a 2-year limited warranty from date of delivery against manufacturing defects, capacity loss exceeding 20% under normal use, and battery-management-system failure.

Components and accessories - 1 year

Lights, radio, cables, and water filter housings carry a 1-year warranty. Consumables (water-filter cartridges, first-aid contents, batteries for the radio/lights) are not warranted; replacements ship in the Annual Readiness Refill.

What's not covered

• Physical damage from drops, crushing, or submersion.
• Use outside the printed operating range (especially sub-zero charging).
• Modifications to the battery or BMS.
• Damage from connecting incompatible devices that exceed the kit's rated output.

How to claim

Email contact@ladegrid.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Most claims are resolved within 5 business days. We may ask for diagnostic data from the battery via the included guide.

Extended warranty (optional)

Some kits will be offered with an optional extended warranty at checkout. Terms are specified at purchase. The base 2-year warranty is included with every kit, no purchase required.
