  • Contact form data: name, email, company, role, household size, and message.
  • Email signups: email address and the page that prompted the signup.
  • Order data: shipping address, name, email, payment method (handled by Stripe - we never see or store card numbers).
  • Cookies & analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. We do not use cross-site behavioral profiling beyond what these tools collect.
  • Server logs: IP addresses and timestamps for abuse prevention.

3. Why we collect it

  • Respond to your inquiries and call you within 3 business days of a reservation.
  • Process payments, fulfill orders, and ship your kit.
  • Send order confirmations and the Annual Readiness Refill reminders you've subscribed to.
  • Measure how visitors find us so we can improve the website and our ads.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse on our forms.
