Refund & cancellation

Before shipment - full refund, no questions

Reservations (the $99 deposit and any pre-paid balance) are 100% refundable any time before your kit physically ships. Email contact@ladegrid.com with your order number and we process the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.

After shipment - 30-day return

You have 30 days from delivery to return your kit for a refund. Conditions:

• The battery and components must be in resaleable condition (lightly used is fine, damaged is not).
• Original packaging recommended but not required.
• Customer pays return shipping unless the kit arrived defective.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Defective or damaged on arrival

If your kit arrives damaged or with a defective battery, we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. Photograph the damage on receipt and email us within 7 days.

Annual Readiness Refill

Refill subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the next shipment ships out. We email a reminder 14 days before each year's refill ships so you have time to skip or cancel.
