Can I keep my fridge running?
Short-cycle usage depending on battery size, fridge model, and how often you open the door. Most modern fridges can be cycled to preserve food for the first 72 hours of an outage with the Family 72 kit.
What if I live in an apartment?
Ladegrid is built for apartments. The Apartment kit is compact and fits in a closet. The Family 72 is bigger but still indoor-safe - no gas, no fumes, no installation required.
What if I never have an outage?
The kit is fully refundable any time before shipment. After delivery, the battery is also useful for camping, RV trips, and home electronics. But mostly, you want it for the day you do have an outage.
