First-batch timing

First-batch units ship 8–10 weeks from order. We email tracking the day your kit leaves the warehouse, and we hold all first-batch orders until they're ready to fulfill - so the timeline is honest and not artificially fast.

Destinations we ship to

• North America: US (all 50 states), Canada.
• European Union: all 27 member states.
• UK + Switzerland: ships with customs prepaid.
• Norway, Iceland: ships with customs prepaid.

LFP batteries and customs

Lithium iron phosphate batteries are UN38.3-certified and ship via approved ground/air carriers. We pre-clear customs paperwork on cross-border shipments so you don't get a surprise duty bill at delivery.

Shipping cost

Standard ground shipping is included in the kit price for the US and EU. UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland may have a small customs-clearance fee shown at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking email the day your kit ships. Lost or stuck shipments: reply to that email and we'll investigate with the carrier.
