1. Use of the site

By using ladegrid.com you agree to these terms. You may not abuse the site (bots beyond reasonable scraping, attempts to defeat rate-limiting, fraudulent transactions).

2. Reservations and orders

A reservation creates a non-binding offer. We confirm by email and ship in 8–10 weeks (first batch). Reservations are fully refundable any time before shipment - see refund policy.

3. Annual Readiness Refill

The Refill is an annual recurring purchase shipped before storm season. You can cancel any time before the next year's shipment processes. We send a 14-day reminder before each refill ships.

4. Product claims

Ladegrid kits are household resilience systems, not life-support equipment. We make no medical-device claims. Backup-power compatibility with CPAP and other essential devices depends on the device's power draw - see the printed runtime guide.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in our imprint. Disputes will first attempt informal resolution by email.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page.
